  I have been a regular client for the last four years. The salon is fantastic and really well managed and a great team working there. I have my nails done very regularly and love the choice of colours and new products. The pedicure area is heaven and so relaxing with a nice glass of wine and nibbles and great place for a catch up. Also have waxing and Anna is great, so fast making the process nearly painless! Would highly recommend the salon.

  Please read this honest review - I first found Michelle when I was 16 and was looking for someone to do my prom nails! 10 years later I can honestly say Michelle is the best of the best! I never have any hesitation in recommending all my friends to her salon! I live in Brighton and still travel the distance because I know when I walk out of that salon I will have had a fantastic treatment that leaves me looking my best. Her salon and the team are without doubt the best I have ever come across! Over the years I have gotten to know Michelle and I have to be honest with you this lady deserve the highest of praises she is a working mother of two, that is working so hard to make her salon and team successful and it shows in the quality! Do not refer to a stupid programme please please go there and judge for yourself even if you just want a brow wax! I promise you, you will not regret it!!

  I've seen a lot of reviews on here from people who watched the Spa Wars programme but have no personal experience of the salon so I wanted to add a review based on 4 years of having regular manicures at this salon and its predecessor The Nail Boutique. I've always received excellent customer service and I keep coming back because I love the quality of treatments. Michelle is passionate about delivering excellence in both the quality of treatments and customer service. She and the team are knowledgeable about the treatments they offer and care about offering treatments that work for the individual customer. I know from talking to the team over the years that Michelle cares about her staff and invests in their training and that shows in their skill and their attitude. the entire team including Michelle are so friendly and welcoming whenever I go and I highly recommend the salon
